What is PreParty?

PreParty is a free online day planner for bachelor and bachelorette parties and other celebrations. It was made in Lithuania, but works in any city. Answer seven questions and it builds a programme for one or several days with activities, breaks, lunch, dinner and the evening.

Is PreParty free?

Yes, completely. PreParty is a free project: the goal is to give everyone handy tools and to widen horizons in different areas of life. Planning, editing, saving, sharing, calendar export and printing are free, with no account and no ads.

Which celebrations can I plan?

Bachelor and bachelorette parties first of all, plus birthdays, christenings, anniversaries and team outings. Each one has its own day template and to-do list.

Does it work outside Lithuania?

Yes. Type any city and country: every activity links to a Google Maps search in that city. Curated venues are suggested in Vilnius and Kaunas, and you can add your own places anywhere.

Can I add my own activities and places?

Yes. Search the activity list or type anything that is not in it and add it as your own. Each activity can have your own place with a Google Maps link, a price, notes and a plan B.

How do we split the costs?

In "Who paid for what" note who paid for what. PreParty splits the total equally among the group and shows who gets money back and how much everyone else owes.

How do I share the plan with friends?

Press "Copy link" (or "Share" on a phone) and send it. The whole plan is stored in the link, so anyone who opens it sees the same programme. You can also add it to a calendar or print it.

Where are my plans saved?

Only in your browser on this device and in the link itself; changes are saved automatically. PreParty has no accounts and stores no plans or personal data on a server.
